ASIRT and Forum on Education Abroad Announce Alliance

ASIRT and The Forum on Education Abroad have just initiated a strategic alliance that will grant reciprocal membership for ASIRT and the Forum members. Benefits of the alliance provides:

the opportunity for FORMEA members to meet ASIRT staff and learn about road safety at annual conferences and events;
Forum members a 20% discount towards membership in ASIRT's Education Abroad Program.
ASIRT is already featured in the Forum’s Standards Toolbox as an important resource in dealing with the issue of road safety, and now Forum members will be able to easily access ASIRT resources and information. Likewise, as an affiliate member of the Forum, ASIRT will have members-only access to the Forum's Standards Toolbox and resources.
 “The Forum is pleased to establish this relationship with ASIRT in order to offer our members access to important safety resources at a discounted rate,” said Forum President and CEO Brian Whalen.  He added that ASIRT’s “road safety reports are regarded by many as one of the most authoritative resources to help ensure safe education abroad activity.”
To take advantage of ASIRT membership, Forum members can access the registration form. All study abroad professionals, including Forum members, can learn more here.
